Reliable interface between discharging hospital, nursing team & co.
We coordinate the process between the hospital, doctors, and those in need of intensive care, communicate with health insurance companies regarding cost coverage, organize medical transport and aids for good care in supervised shared living.
Living well together with other individuals in need of intensive care.
We place individuals in need of intensive care in supervised shared living accommodations.
Intensive care in supervised shared living - around the clock
We monitor the vital functions of our patients and gladly assist relatives with daily tasks. Contact us to discuss the when and how.
Artificial ventilation and careful weaning from ventilation
We provide care for people who require artificial ventilation, tracheotomy, or extensive nursing. During weaning, we assist in the process of transitioning away from the ventilator in consultation with hospitals and doctors. Thanks to our blood gas analysis equipment, we can also perform tests ourselves.
Essential aids - delivered and ready for use immediately
We collaborate with selected and trusted providers of rehabilitation and medical technology. They ensure that vital aids are delivered promptly and ready for use, ensuring smooth and safe intensive care.
Preserving and strengthening resources for possible recovery
We collaborate with occupational therapists who support the preservation of resources and contribute to possible recovery through various training methods. We coordinate these applications.
Training the body step by step to invigorate it
We combine physiotherapeutic approaches such as respiratory therapy, heat and cryotherapy, physiotherapy, kinesiology taping, manual lymphatic drainage, and the Bobath concept. These approaches are tailored to the needs of individuals in need of intensive care, independent of prescribed treatments. We take care of coordinating the physiotherapeutic applications.
We care for individuals with intensive care needs and enable their social participation, true to our motto: "Inquire, listen, help." Our patients live as independently as possible in supervised shared living accommodations and are well cared for at all times. We ensure this with our team of dedicated nursing professionals.
